Martha and her team secure and coordinate the best vendors who will successfully plan and execute your wedding day dreams. With Gracious Occasions your wedding event will be a success from the arrival of the first guest to the departure of the happy couple.

The right preparation including outstanding floral design,an extra-special wedding cake(or cupcakes),excellent photography,the perfect music for the entire event,delicious food,transportation of the couple and wedding party and guests; the list goes on and on. Gracious Occasions will ensure a beautiful,fun, magical event.

Gracious Occasions offers several tiers of service:

Consultation Only

  • No on-site services
  • Maximum of 4 one-hour sessions
  • Advising and consulting on weddings, destination weddings and rehearsal dinners, other special events

Delightful Day

Coordination Of Rehearsal, Wedding And Reception

  • Includes 4 one-hour planning sessions before the wedding or event
  • Confirmation with all vendors preceding the event
  • Direction of the rehearsal, wedding and reception
  • There will be a minimum of two coordinators at your event

NOTE: Additional Services Are Available (If Necessary) At an Additional Cost This Decision Will Be Determined By Gracious Occasions and The Client

Showtime Service

"Month Of"

  • This package includes the services of three coordinators (and Martha Wright at no cost if she is available). It is based on a minimum for 100 attending guests or less. The inclusive fee increases as the number of estimated attending guests increase. If the wedding or reception is scheduled outside the Springfield city limits; there will be a travel charge for each round trip within a 30-mile radius. Farther than a 30-mile radius; a mileage fee will be calculate.

Responsibilities of Gracious Occasions

  • On-site direction of the rehearsal, wedding and reception with the service of three qualified, experienced coordinators*
  • Consult with client in planning process with intense, personal attention the month preceding the event
  • Helping client to secure experienced, competent vendors specific to their budget
  • Contact vendors and review contracts
  • Check with secured vendors shortly before the event to insure continuity if all plans

NOTE: If The Services Of More Than Three Coordinators Are Needed; There Will Be An Extra Charge For Each Person. This Decision Will Be Determined By Gracious Occasions and the Client.

NOTE: Does Not Include Custodial Services or Child-Care Responsibilities

Terms

  • One-third of the fee is due upon signing of the letter of agreement
  • One-third of the fee is due thirty days before the wedding date
  • The final payment is due thirty days after the event
  • Additional expenses, such as reimbursement for deposits and travel expense, will be added to the final payment.
  • There is a round trip travel charge for weddings scheduled outside the city limits of Springfield. This is within a thirty mile radius. Farther than thirty-mile radius, a mileage fee for each mile will be calculated.
  • If there is a major decorating planned for the wedding or reception site, there is a base charge.
  • If an off-site or outdoor wedding of 100 or less involves more hours and assistants, there will be an additional charge.
